Hermann J. Wiemer 2021 Chardonnay

This Chardonnay is barrel fermented in French oak. The nose and taste reveal a dry, full-bodied, complex wine. White nectarines, apples, white pepper, kumquat, flint and lime zest on the nose. It's medium-bodied with tangy acidity and a sleek, juicy palate.
