This 2020 Riesling Sekt is the product of 35 months in tirage, developing aromas and flavors of fine water cracker and warm brioche, while the grape’s signature acidity carries a burgeoning rush of yellow peach, Fuji Apple, ruby grapefruit, and mandarin to the mid-palate, finishing with a hum of silken petrol and effervescent minerality.
