State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. We are only able to ship wine purchased over the internet to the states below. We are expanding this list, so keep checking back. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes or APR/FPO addresses. Some states restrict the amount a consumer can have shipped from a winery.

Due to federal and state regulations, all wine shipments must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. An adult must be physically present to sign for the wine delivery. Therefore we recommend that you ship to a business address. Federal regulations also make it illegal to ship wine to post office boxes. We cannot schedule shipments for a specific time during the day. If someone is not available to sign for the package, an additional shipping charge may be applied to redeliver.

By placing your order you have represented to Finger Lakes Wine Shop and FLX Group LLC that you are at least 21. All alcoholic beverages that we ship on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age.

Your local and state taxes will be calculated on your order once the shipping address is added.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process all orders.  All orders are sent Common Carrier via Ground unless other wise notated at check out. See below for estimated delivery times. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed confirming your estimated scheduled delivery date. Please note: UPS and Fedex orders do not ship out on Saturday or Sunday.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

All wines delivered must be received (signed for) by an adult of legal drinking age. We are prohibited from leaving packages "on the porch" or "by the door" without a signature.

We are prohibited from shipping wine to the following states:

Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas, Utah.

We are prohibited from shipping spirits (Vodka, Gin, Cognac, Liqueurs, etc.) anywhere outside of New York State.

The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.
